How this version handles your data
This notice describes the browser-based audit and lead forms in the current early-access version of MarginDrift.
Spreadsheet processing
Uploaded CSV and XLSX files are processed locally in your browser. Spreadsheet contents are not uploaded to the application server or stored in the database. Audit calculations also happen inside your browser.
Lead-form information
When you submit a lead form, the application may store:
- Work email, company name, and role
- Approximate open quote count
- Current quoting or ERP system
- Minimum margin percentage
- Request type and request source
- Consent status and optional message
- Submission and update timestamps
How contact information is used
Submitted contact information is used to:
- Respond to audit-review requests
- Manage early-access interest
- Request product feedback
- Communicate about the submitted request
Data not collected by this feature
The application does not intentionally store:
- Uploaded spreadsheets or spreadsheet rows
- Quote details or supplier price lists
- Audit financial results
- Payment-card or bank details
Payments
Payments are not yet collected through this version of the application.
Deletion requests
You may request deletion of submitted contact information. Contact us through the method provided on the website to request deletion.
